LANGKIT FEATURES

Localization API and Automated Translation Jobs

Build translation into your development pipeline without sharing administrator credentials.

Use project-scoped API tokens to sync strings, read change feeds and queue background translation jobs.

Safe API credentials

Create a token for a specific project instead of reusing a personal login. Project tokens can synchronize localization data but cannot approve translated text or change billing information.

Incremental sync endpoints

The API supports importing new keys, previewing changes, applying updates and reading a cursor-based change feed. Jobs can target missing or outdated translations, reducing duplicate translation spending.

Connect your application

Applications can fetch approved translations with the read-only publishing endpoint or use the website SDK. LangKit cannot update an unrelated application until that application integrates with its delivery mechanism.

Common questions

Can a developer token purchase credits?

No. Billing and platform-administration endpoints are unavailable to project tokens.

Are jobs kept running after a browser tab closes?

Background jobs are persisted separately from the browser connection.

Before relying on this in production

Confirm support for your resource syntax and test exported translations in your application. Documentation describes supported workflows, not a guarantee of lossless conversion for every specialized format.
